Recieved goods before one month and kept the parcel without unpacking for his personl reason, and sent big list of damage items on 13th nov stating chart papers are holded on the corners and damaged. Refusing to send the balance amount of Rs.2800/- i am just distributor, my wholesaler refused to refund damages as they as are recieved before one month by a customer.Mr.Abishek jain think he can claim damages as per his wish when ever he gets time and cheating innocent distributors. I need proper justice from Mr.Abishek Jain.Please help me to claim my payment.
