Non Delivery of Items and No Refund

I have Ordered below 2 Items from Infibeam.com on 13th Oct 14, but till date after several calls they
have not delivered the same. Again before 10 Days I have requested them, to cancel and refund the
amount, but till date even they have not started Refund Process. All time when I called cust. care they
do not have any update. Surprisingly when I seen status on their website today one of item is showing
delivered and I called Cust care (07940260260) they said it is in their warehouse.
