I was purchasing from snapdeal through mobikwik wallet and the payment was unsuccessful on 10th feb 2015.
i have received mail from snapdeal about my unsuccessful payment and till now i haven’t yet received my money from mobikwik.com as they are saying that they have not yet received any confirmation from snapdeal again and again. Also they are not providing any email address for contact no. through which i can contact them. Since one month my asking mobikwik for refund and they reply same thing again and again.
please do some thing.
