NOT REFUNDING THE AMOUNT OF PRODUCT AFTER 30 DAYS .

HELLO , I AM ANAND GAURAV AND I HAV ORDER A LAPTOP BATTERY FROM SNAPDEAL , WHEN I RECEIVED THE BATTERY I PAID CASH AMOUNT OF RS 2983.
WHEN I CHECKED THAT , BATTERY WAS DEAD . THEY HAVE SENT ME A FAULTY DEAD BATTERY ,
AFTER THAT I HAVE RETURNED THE BATTERY TO SNAPDEAL , AND IT IS NOW 30 DAYS THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY AMOUNT . SINCE I HAVE TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE MANY TIMES BUT NOTHING HAPPEN.
