My BSNL account no is 9027201411. My land line no is (08924)243597. I have BSNL broadband of BBG FN COMBO 500 in which I have 2am-8am unlimited night free usage. But on this july they (BSNL) suddenly change this plan without giving any notification. I came to know about it after 9 days and I have already downloaded around 10 GB of data in my 1.5 GB limited day usage for this month itself, I wonder what will be the bill amount . Thank God I checked my usage after 9 days, or else I would have never known. I still got no text or email or call from BSNL. All they needed to do was publicize this change one month before in June and then also use other channels like SMS, email etc to inform people. I will have to pay a hefty bill now. Don’t BSNL also think that they should provide to their consumers with the opportunity to make an informed choice and also to protect them from subscribing to or billed for any service due to lack of proper information or understanding? I have a strong feeling they (BSNL) have done this deliberately. Please take proper action against this unethical move by BSNL.
