This is regarding my Samsung 32 Inch LED TV which had software issue & Tv was out of warranty, I have raised a complaint with Samsung for service on 3rd feb and Samsung technician has visited my place & checked what is issue & asked me to replace the AV Board in the TV & I have done that and paid Rs 5000. But after some days again same issue started and i raised again a complaint with Samsung, and 2nd time technician visited and checked & told there is no issue & closed the complaint. but the issue is still going on. After research on internet i found that there is no need to replace the hardware when there is software issue, Samsung technician doesn’t know what is problem exactly and i have raised the complaint again with Samsung and asked them replace the parts and refund the money back because it was there fault from past 30 days i am calling Samsung but there no response from them and they are just telling that the issue is raised to higher authority. Since it has been almost a month but no resolution from Samsung. since it was Samsung Fault they just trying to escape from this issue.
Please help me with issue asap.
