My home internet broadband plan is of 4Mbps download speed and 600+ kbps upload speed, my ISP is BSNL , i only get 2.2Mbps download and 200kbps upload, From last 2 months i am visisting bsnl office to resolve my problem, but no buddy is concerned there i think, each and every person and department put blam on each other, For example bsnl representative tell me that there is a problem with broadband department, and when I go to Broadband department, they tell me that there is a problem with my telephone line. From 2 months this is only the case going on, its like cat and mouse fight, I am really fed up with these ppl now. Nobody is solving or even concerned to solve my issue. I live in Aurangabad and the bsnl office I vist is behind PVR talkies. The person i have contacted is Gupta Surane. My contact no is -8600794003.
