Dear Sir,
I had worked with the Brand Name of American Express on the Pay Roll of Teamlease, I took my first 10 days leave in 18 months. Somehow I could not turned up to office on my promised day. Already I informed my reporting Manager Mr. Rajib Rajak (Consumer -World Service India). When I came to office on 10th November 2014. He just started shouting on me like I have killed someone. He didn’t even tried to listen the reason for delay reporting. I had to ask for resignation with immediate effect. I had to do the same. I got the acceptance of my resignation on 18th November 2014 after sending reminder emails to Rajib Rajak. I have got the last Salary for the month of October 2014. Still I have not received 10 days salary from 1st November to 10th November 2014. My family depends on my job. I am the single earning member for my family. the proof they must have their video recording of the floor and I have all those communication emails with Rajib Rajak. He is such a worst manager I have ever seen. In fact he doesn’t deserve such organizations. I would request you all please do the needful as I really need help. If you require the proof they must have their video recording of the floor.
