no service of net even for large payment and bad behaviour of customer care

I have purchased bsnl card since 2 months and have paid large amount on data but there is no internet connection and so i couldnt work with my profession and incured a loss of thousands of money and no solution is done even after hundreds of complaints and the behaviour of the customer care representatives is very bad and no one is replyinf or helping with the solutions and no one is answering properly so i want my compensation back from the bsnl company
