Complaint against Fashion and You.com
I was placing an order on 10th November for Woodland shoe for Rs2149 through HDFC Credit card.The order was not placed but amount was debited from my HDFC credit card.I have been following up continously with the customer care but they just tell to wait for a day every time I call them.
As asked by customer care I have mailed them the Bank Statement and also given them the transaction ID.
Bank Statement clearly shows that the account have been debited and Fashion and you account have been credited.

Sir, Please look into the matter and help me get the refund otherwise these sites will make it a business to do such things
