Refund not received after @ months by Airtel Broadband Connection.

I along with my 3 friends were looking for an apartment in rent, we finalized to stay on address :

We needed a new broadband connection so we contacted this guy on mobile number +919611661199 from following address :

Sri Balaji Enterprises No.7, Opp Kolamandhair, 4th Cross,Ramaanjanaya Layout,Outer Ring Road, Marathahalli, Bangalore – 560037.

So, he agreed to provide the airtel broadband connection as soon as possible and there men came to us with all the plans and we agreed to take on one of them so this men took an advance of Rs 2000 in order to install the connection as soon as possible and took away all the necessary documents (The Tenant agreement papers of the house) from us.

After 3-4 days the connection was not installed so we contacted them about that and we got the reply that the connection is limited to this area and so installation can not be made. so we asked them to refund the advance we gave, he replied on that as we(provider) already applied for the connection to the airtel office so the refund will be made by airtel broadband connection provider and they will be sending a check of Rs 2000 within a month to the address of ours.

Now, its been two months, we haven’t got any refund check of amount which we were promised to be delivered within a month.

I request you to take strict actions on them to cheat there customers like that. I have provided all the necessary details please resolve the matter as early as possible.
