Dear Jithin,
Would you please give us or publish your complete address, Phone No, your Octavia register No., the date you approached German Tech Thiruvananthapuram for service, the Job Card No, and other verifiable particulars, rather than writing some rubbish words, aimed at tarnishing Germantech.
We have searched our data base and service records, but there is neither such vehicle brought for servicing nor a Customer by name ‘Jithin’. Therefore you first reveal your identity and then raise complaints properly substantiated, rather than beating about the bush, with ulterior motives and unless acting as a tool in the hands of the ex-employees, sacked for malpractices, as there is no other cause for appearing this anonymous complaint from a non-existent Octavia Owner by name Shri ‘Jithin’. Otherwise you have to prove it before us as well as to the public who might have noticed your ‘Complaint’.
If you are not coming forward, we will resort to such legal measures to find out who played behind this message, intended to cast aspersions and infructuously attempting to damage the goodwill of German Tech, secured over a period of three years, with excellent customer service at moderate charges – in no way fleecing customers.
Unless ‘Jithin’ is a paid and cowardly thug, let him show his face. It is our resolve to bring him to books.
