problem of sms reciving & sending

Sir,
i am using aircel number of 8560820125. Most of my friends using airtel service.i have activated free mobile sms services across india. But i couldn’t send the message and recive the messages to the airtel number.. So, please take a action to solve the problem between these both companies..
