I had a booking on 20th Feb,2015 at Spice jet (Flight SG322) through website of IBIBO. I have cancelled the booking on 23rd January,2015 as the flight was cancelled for some technical reason. My PNR number was – K3GPYI .
I asked to the customer care of spice jet to refund my money.They told that the agent(IBIBO) is only responsible for refund as the ticket already has been cancelled from their side.
I have already contact with the customer care of IBIBO,and they told that I will receive my full refund money
(Rs. 1098) within 5-7 days. Today it has been completed more than 1 month. But I did not received my refund money.
Please confirm about this refund money as soon as possible.
