diploma not issued

dear sir,
i would like to tell you that i am a student of NIIT from august15, 2013 i have completed my DFAA course from NIIT and invest about RS.50,000 there when i am pursuing the course they told me that they will provide me the diploma and job but when i paid my all fees than they are not providing me the diploma and saying that delhi has cancelled my diploma and i could not give the exams so the diploma cannot be issued to you.

so i request you to please help me to solve this problem
