I am the member of country vacations and my membership ID is: CVHYD5CLUB5LB179542.
I paid Rs.80, 000/- 10moths back. I never used country vacations services till now. I got introduced from Shai Khadeer(sales) his mobile no: 8143223082. I contacted khadeer on November 2014 regarding selling of my vacation, he said it won’t be happened now and told me to call back on March 2015, he promised me to sell the vacation for Rs. 30,000 to 35,000/- in March 2015. So I tried to call him from January 2015 to till now but he is not answering my calls, he even blocked my mobile number. I don’t know what to do now, please help on this. Now I’m in need of money. I again called to khadeer’s manager (Fasiuddin) for the first time he answered my call after explaining all this then after he also not answering my my phone calls.
I have mailed this information to [email protected], 9 days back i.e on march 11 2015, after two days I got a phone call form country vacation to discuss regarding this, on the same I went to Begumpet branch,hyderabad,Telangana to discuss face to face. I asked them to cancel my member ship and refund my money ….this discussion happend for 1 hour, after this they said they will discuss this with their manager (Manasi) and promised me to call me again after one day ..but till now i dint received any call. So even customer care people not able to help me.
