This is regarding my order no : 40631845 for mobile phone. I would like to return the product and want my money back. At the time of arrival of phone I was not present at home. I am trying to explain you customer representative about my issue but i guess they are not looking at it with immediate action. My return request id : 2364264.I ordered for Blackberry Torch 9860 but that mobile phone is not working. The fault is in charger. There are no head phones, no instruction booklet, no CD. I would like to return it and refund my money asap.
