Refund not done yet/ Lousy process/Have been chasing since a month

I had placed an order with Snapdeal a month back on Nov 8th 2014.
The product was delivered in a totally damaged condition.
I initiated the return and replacement.
But SnapDeal did not have any reverse pickup in that location , so had asked me to courier the product and promised to refund the courier amount on mailing the snapshot of the receipt.
I mailed the product and sent the snapshots of the receipts but Snapdeal did not send me any acknowledgement regarding the same.
After a lot of chasing and phone calls i finally got to know that they had received the product and initiated a replacement , all these happened without any intimation to me.
Since i do not trust the replacement product condition, i had initiated a cancellation of the product alltogether.
This also was not processed at all.
After 1 month ie.yesterday when i called Snapdeal again asking for the status of my product cancellation and courier refund , i get to know that they did not receive my mails with the courier receipts at all. I had to mail them again.
Then today they had initiated a replacement again inspite of me telling them for a refund and cancellation, i had to call them n explain everything AGAIN. they had without my consent refunded me in snapdeal cash.

THIS IS TOTALLY LOUSY AND UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE FROM SNAPDEAL.
ITS MY MONEY AND I AM HAVING TO FIGHT FOR IT?
I HAD TO PAY THE WHOLE FREAKING AMOUNT, RETURN THE PRODUCT THROUGH COURIER AND PAY NEARLY RS.1560/- FOR THE SAME. AND I AM HAVING TO CHASE YOU GUYS SO MUCH FOR WHAT??? FOR MY OWN MONEY??????
I AM TOTALLY FRUSTRATED AND PISSED OFF WITH THIS SERVICE FROM SNAPDEAL.
MY RS. (2620 + 1560) = RS.4180 IS STUCK WITH SNAPDEAL. FOR HOW MANY MORE DAYS SHOULD I CHASE THEM BEFORE I GET MY MONEY BACK?????
GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.
I TRUSTED THIS PORTAL BUT NOW I AM NEVER GOING TO TRUST THIS SITE AGAIN.
I HAVE MADE SUCH TRANSACTIONS WITH OTHER ONLINE SHOPPING SITES AND THEY HAVE SUCH PROMPT RESPONSE AND KEEP INTIMATING US TIME TO TIME. BUT SNAPDEAL IS ONE LOUSY SITE.
WHO IS GOING TO REFUND MY PHONE BILLS FOR THE SO MANY 1000 CALLS I MADE TO SNAPDEAL???
I WANT MY MONEY BACK

    The same thing happened with me as well , but I didnt send them their product back(coz I knew that they wouldn’t send me the transit cost as well). Though I had to call multiple times for the product pick up and finally the product got picked up after 20 days (ordered roughly near 4th Nov,2014) after my complaint but no refund yet.
    I did even send them a mail on 4th Dec 2014 to refund me the amount and provided the bank details alongwith the complaint no. in the subject line (as per their guidelines) at [email protected]. But still not a satisfied reply from them.
    And when today (15 Dec,2014) I called them, I got a reply that they haven’t received my bank details yet.
    My order Id is : 3450708379 and complaint no. is : 11747791.

    Its not like i havent written to [email protected]. I have written a 1000 emails.
    Its you people who havent at all replied to my mails or updated me. Everytime i have to call you and take updates. Guys take responsibility for your actions and initiate the refund ASAP.
