Cheated By Vodafone

I have a postpaid vodafone connection whose number is 9899061304.
From past three months Vodafone has been continuously charging me on the name of Downloading Charges whereas the fact remains that I haven’t downloaded any paid stuff till date.
In the month of September I have been charged Rs 98.00 on the name of downloading charges where as I did not.
On contacting nodal officer and after a long discussion got my charges waved off.
Again in the month of October I was charged Rs 148 with the same name of downloading charges.
Again wrote a mail to nodal office and charges got waved off.
Repeatedly in the month of November I was again charged Rs 277.
Again wrote a mail and asked Vodafone to not only waive off the charges but to justify the reason that why I have been charged regularly?
To this I got a mail from one of the executives clearly telling me that I have used downloaded the paid stuff and the charges will not be reverted back.
On asking the url or the name of the service he did not had any answer but asked to wait for 5 more working days.
Highly dis satisfying service from Vodafone.
You get charged for what you haven’t even used…!!
