Service complaine

I want to write about Yebhi.com poor service, i placed an order on yebhi on 1st of sept 2014 with order numbers (YBH5766127, YBH5765546, and YBH5765412) and the products have not been delivered yet. I called the number that was available on website but it said wrong number also I emailed to [email protected] few times but no one replied back later I was able to reach yebhi and I was informed that the amount has been refunded to my wallet and I would not get those products now. I respect the policy of yebhi but I am not happy because it was not me who asked for the refund for the purchase, it was done from yebhi end. So I should not get penalized for yebhi fault. However later when i tried to redeem the coins i was given only few options and i choose snapdeal and it give me four different voucher codes that has to be used to purhcase four different things seperately and the best part is it showed today 12th dec is the last day for the vouchers and its still the same that i couldnt contact yebhi and the email support@yebhi is waste as no one replies back and i am really unhappy with YEBHI service and Now I know that yebhi is partner with flip kart, jabong and myntra etc. and I have been regular customer of flip kart, amazon and many others but if yebhi’ s service is so poor then I would think 100 times before placing order from now.

  1. Purchased product from Yebhi as well they delivered product 2 months after placing the order. Have decided from then only to purchase from reputed sites like Infibeam, Amazon and Snapdeal
