No refund for Cancelled order since 3 weeks

I would like to file a complaint against Snapdeal.com. I had ordered an expensive phone worth INR 35000 on 11-Dec-2014 via order id 3926240097 and I had paid for it through Credit Card. I live in Pune and the phone was also shipped from Pune on 12-Dec via Delhivery courier (tracking number 11189892805). However the phone did not reach me until 18th Dec and was in a very bad shape, so I declined to accept the package. When I called Snapdeal, they assured me that they will process the return soon. However when I inquired again, I was told that the refund cannot be processed until the phone reaches back to them. It’s been another 15 days and the phone has still not reached from Pune to Pune yet. My refund is stuck. Please help.

Please also help making customers like myself aware not to fall in the trap of Snapdeal’s great discounts. I have been contacting Snapdeal as well as Delhivery since so many days but they do not even care to respond. When I call their customer service they just provide another false assurance. Companies like Snapdeal and Delhivery have no right to do business in India.
