Snapdeal has not refunded my money nor Item

I HAVE PURCHASE A item number 3157977402 on 12th october 2014….the item was diffective.
Then i called up the customer care for return the item and provide the same item….but there service was so slow they only interested to sell not to give service.
I mailed them so many times …I have all the proof with me.
Still now i have not receive the return item nor the money.

Please I want the help from you.
