Refund amount from credit card to saving account

Hi, I am Deepak Chandra I have saving account standard charted bank ,my A/C no. is 54410350047 and I am using standard charted credit card Named Deepak Chandra and card no. 4622715351607737’. Few months back I booked flight ticket by above mentioned card and I deposited same amount before due date. later on I cancelled my ticket and money deposited back to my credit card as tht deposited amount from airways was surplus amount to my credit card limit as I requested to bank to deposit that surplus amount in account back and bank said to deposited in 1 working week.
Now four month has been passed and I am keep requesting to them for depositing my surplus amount in my account and as usual bank answering that request is in under process.
Iam a middle class guy needed that money for emergency purpose but because of long (2.5-month) processing period I stuck in between.
Requesting court to send the notice to bank for depositing surplus amount in my account and give warning to not repeating this kind of issues and false promises
I am not in india now so I am not able to visit to any branch…
