Faulty product sold & poor after sale services

Location/place: Sector 66, G.B Nagar, Noida, U.P.

Name of company/service: Videocon

I purchased a Videocon refrigerator model number D245-DX

PURCHASE DATE- 2009.

Same is not working properly since the time of purchase & not cooling properly mant times

even the food got spoiled. Though, the compressor is in warranty still have been made to pay

3 times for the replacement of compressor & was charged for filling the gas for the

repairing purpose Videocon as assigned the task to a pvt. agency named Hi Tech Services.
Two times I have been told to change the timer & i was made to pay an amount of 1000 1st &

2nd time was told to pay 1200 rupees for the timing chain & biometric fuse. Still at present

it is not working. This time also the task was appointed & complaint was forwarded to Hi

Tech.
The service engineers from Hi Tech put a LG compressor 2nd time during replacement of the

compressor without informing us. No one is ready to take the initiative though contacted the

customer care many times & every time the engineers visit & test the refrigerator & every

time they tell me new expenses.I am suffering because of the same.
It was the last time when i contacted the custmer care i told them i want the refrigerator

replaced as we are having the trouble sincce the time we bought it, even when the service

engineer visited our place last time to test the refrigerator i requested the same with them

& one would be shocked to hear what they said they replied 1-2 pieces comes out to be faulty

after the manufacturing. f the faulty refrigerator was in our fate why the hell company is

not replacing it.
The company should stop the production of refrigerators if they can’t provide proper

servicing of the refrigerator or they can’t change the faulty refrigerator if it is proved

faulty.
Please help and get me connected to some authoritative person who can help to get the issue

resolved of this faulty refrigerator and get for the exchange of this faulty refrigerator

with a brand new one or i think i need to visit the consumer forum & i need to register a

petition against the company & the service centre.
Pleasse guide me what to do i am really in a very tensed position as i can’t call the

customer care after an interval of every 6-7 months.
