Not refunding security amount

Location/place: Chandigarh

Name of company/service: EmbEx Technologies Private Limited, Chandigarh

I completed the 6 month industrial training on June 2012 from “EmbEx Technologies Private Limited, Chandigarh” (ref. no.- EPTR-82) and they charged for that Rs 2000/- training fee + Rs 10000/- security amount, but after completion the training they refused to refund the security amount.

Now, please tell me what can I to do get my security amount back.
