I have ordered samsung 16gb micro sd card in shop clues.Com on 04th july 2012.
Next day i receive the call from shopclues that the product is not available so we will refund the amount to your account with 6 to 8 working days.
So that I wait for 20 days, but amount is not credited to my account.
I chat with one of the helper in shopclues.Com name sam he told that most probably 2 to 4 days it will credit to your account but not credited, then he told to send my bank statement to check whether amount credited or not in your account. so that i have send my bank statement to support@shopcluescom.Com
Then i got a call from shopclues.com that we have refund the amount on 06th july 2012, the proof has been send to your email id you may check with the bank.
On 31st august 2012 i went to bank with proof and contact with the manager but he told that no refund process has been came to your account, so you check with the shopclues only because the refund process done by ccavenue so tell to shopclues to contact ccavenue that refund process not done to him or tell to process again the refund amount.
But I mail to shopclues.com regarding this, but no reply came from it.
