Dear Customer care ,
This is bring to your kind notice that I have ordered for a Lenovo Vixe X2 Mobile on 7th july and the same was delivered on 13th july through blue dart courier . ( Ordered no is OD203312490151980400 ) .
Further I would like to inform you that the product I have received is defective . pesting of the three lairs are not done properly as the third lair is loose from “ON and OFF ” button side .The experience with the first lenovo product is very poor as I am your regular customer as well buy all mobiles from flipkart only .
However I would like to inform you that I do not want you to change my product I need my money back because I can not take much time for your process as well I will buy the product from different brand who can deliver me the right and not defective product . You are requested to kindly do the need full on priority and let me know the address where I need to courier back the product .
Early response will be highly appreciable.

Dear sir,
This is my written complaints which i have been mailed to flip kart becouse after paying all amount i have been delivered a deffective product .Which I want to retun and refund my money but they have refused to do that.
Nor wanna give any assurance that the product the will change will not have problem in future .
You are requested to please do the needfull
