I have switched to Aitel DTH Customer ID:3015223995 assuimg that the Services offered by them are great but coming to reality they dont even bother to speak with the customer properly and disconnected my call couple of time when i was speaking..that really irritates and is surely a disrespect..I have called Airtel on 20th Oct and asked to change my package but they never did ..i have once again called on 30th Oct and asked once again to change my package and also recharged with the amount of Rs.245/- as suggested by the executive and today my service are barred once again within 20 Days i have recharged with Rs.445/- and locally my cable operator charges Rs.200/- per month..Now Give me reason why i should continue with Airtel..Not only on DTH I Would ensure all the Airtel Mobile connections used at my home are changed to some other network who provides better service..
