Recharge

Dear sir,
I have recharged my reliance GSM mobile no 9907973925 with Rs 599 for R2R 4000 minutes plan and Rs 246 for 2.5GB 3G dataplan on 04/09/2015 and got confirmation from company on the same day. But instead of crediting recharge plan whole browsing and calling amount has been deducted from my main balance. Customer care is also not responding on contact. Today i have again recharged with 599Rs and plan is activated at the spur of the moment. But still previous day recharge plan has not been activated. Its not happened very first time with me but i am complaining this time only. I have recharge slip to confirm mobile number is correct and amount is correct.
