Oneplus company published an offer for its product Oneplus2, as “Oneplus2 invites give away” which required you to complete certain steps to avail the offer, following which you will instantly get the invite, which they also specifically “promise” (as displayed on the offer site). I completed the steps required many times, but did not get the invite. I urgently required this phone. So I followed these steps many times, but only I got was suffering and time loss. I seek instant redressal by the company on this matter. The company expressly displayed the words “we promise” in this offer which was not fulfilled.
