Following letter which I have edited for sending a legal notice before filling a case against PICKME india mobile insurance company which will provide a information about my case.
21 days was the promise they make and even after more than a month they have not even approved my case for return of the mobile.
If these companies are only to take money and not to reply for the solution then I believe that consumer court must consider this issue really seriously and take action against such cases.

SUB: NOTICE BEFORE FILING CONSUMER COMPLAINT
Dear Sir,
1) I Mundada Ishwarprasad S had purchased an insurance from PICKME India for my zenfone 2 (purchased from flipkart billed on 12th may 2015 and received on 20th may 2015,cost of mobile 22,999.00 Rs/-) on 25th may 2015. I had paid Rs/- 1199.00 by cash to New Excel mobile for the same.
2) At the time of purchase shop keeper NEW EXCEL MOBILE authorised dealer of PICKME india mentioned that in case of any damage due to accident, theft, or water damage service will be completed in 21 days and even in full damage same mobile will be replaced in 21 days from the day of complaint registered.
Even on PICKME india site same or more efficient service warranty is mentioned. Like same/next day pick and send to service centre.
3) I would like to mention details like on 26th July 2015 I have registered web pick up request(I have a screen shot),and on very next day I called and registered pick up request by calling on 09222224040(I have a call recording of the same).
Even then I needed to call twice to call centre for the pick up and on 30th July Mr.Mahesh came to pick up the mobile. Who asked to write accident incident as it is and also filled a delivery form from me saying if you won’t give it now then It will take than 2 months for solving the issue, and NEW EXCEL MOBILE also agreed with the same.
Mr. Mahesh (9096478700) mentioned that problem solution will take around 20 days to get it resolved like getting the approval and dispatch of mobile from companies end to me.
But today on 31st August till date company was failed to solve the problem. Even on several times calling to the customer care I am just getting the dates and bluffing answers…..
4) As I am the painting contractor and mobile is very important mean of my communication and only way of my contact for my business and my earning.
Due to delay in receiving mobile I am loosing my earning and it is becoming difficult for to earn my living hood.
5) I have called more than 10 times to customer care of PICKME india asking for my mobile status, but they are giving me bluffing answers like when I called on 17 August 2015 Monday they said my case confirmation will come by Saturday 22nd August but on Saturday they again bluffed and said it will be by Tuesday and Tuesday again they said any how it will be done by Saturday 29th again. But again on Saturday they said the same thing like due to Rakhi it will be done on Monday or Tuesday. I think PICKME india is bluffing with me and delaying in mobile delivery intentionally.
6) I give time limit of 15 days to settle my grievance asking with refund of full amount Rs/-22999.00 with interest (12%), or replacement of the product along with suitable compensation, else I will file a complaint with the Consumer Forum as I am protected under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.
7) This is to Inform you that the consumer complaint will be at your cost and expenses, and I will seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to companies deficiency in services.
