Few days back I have ordered an LG washing machine from snapdeal. When the machine is delivered and I opened it there were water marks on the washing tub and even on tilting it a bit I was able to hear the sound of water. After that I registered a complaint for the same to the snapdeal through phone and they told me to share the photographs for this. When I shared the photographs there were no reply from their end about replacement or refund instead of this they offered me 500rs in the form of SD Cash as compensation. After that when I called their customer care they told me ok we will process your complain that you don’t need SD Cash. This is very obvious that I will not accept 500rs as compensation for an used product and also very frustrating that how insensitive these people are. After that I have called them several times but they are not giving me satisfactory answer that when the pickup will happen. They just says that we have registered your complain and it is under process.
