Deduction of Money and not proper reply of call

When I was calling customer support they are picking up my call and firstly they are talking rudely and then they put my call on hold without informing me. 1st time they pt my call on hold for 15 minutes and on 2nd time they put my call on hold for 5 minutes. I myself disconnected the call and then again called them. They were continuously saying to call after 2 hours. Is there any value of customer or time for them? They are harassing me.
