Had ordered a product in the month of june, i received an used product, upon supervisor’s request i sent the product bearing the courier charge on 31st July for which i got a delivery proof aswell. From then on snapdeal people are playing around telling they havent received the product till date and once in a week im calling and whenever i call i spend minimum 20rs for which there is no response from their end.
Kindly look into the matter and help me. I dont have either product nor got refund.But i’ve all d proofs.
