Not received refund from online purchasing website

With all due respect I Kishor kr. Ganguly want to draw your kind attention towards the fact that i though have already cancelled the order bearing order id OD40703027062 on 03.07.2014 purchased from flipkart they did not refund the cost of the product to my account as pre-assured by them. The purchase was cancelled even before the product was delivered. I tried to contact them repeatedly but received same response from them that the refund is already completed. I submitted my bank account statement where there is a clear indication that the amount of Rs 23999/- was deducted by the online shopping website flipkart on 03.07.2014. I have not received the refund up to date and therefore appealing justification and a proper inquiry of the details of the issue.
