My Mobile (Model : CELKON A10) was completely shutdown for 15 days (From 4 June 2014 – 19 June 2014) .I brought new battery even it was not working. Finally on 16th day i found my self service center nearby.On 20th June, I went and gave my mobile. He said, “Mobile will be send to Celkon company “. When i call to customer Center, I want wait in line for 5-10 minutes after all he responding to me rashly and telling will come soon. When i start telling my problem they cut the call. From 20th June to till Date i have never received my Mobile. I have no way to communicate to my family too. Place i am staying is New Delhi. I am from Andhra pradesh. Please Solve my problem. “Warranty is available till November 30th 2014.”
