Airtel Broadband

Hi,

I have been the customer of Airtel Broadband from last 5 years and my connection has been shifted to Crossing Republic, Ghaziabad recently.

My Airtel No 0120 4903261, has been working perfectly , however, getting disconnected 10-15 times a day on a regular interval. Airtel engineer has visited my premises to sort this issue out but he did some modification and my modem has stopped working completely.

I have multiple complain regarding this , however, they are insisting/forcing me to buy a new modem. My recent complain numbers are 47968314, 48008696, 48021628 respectively. Its been more than 5 days now amd I am being threaten by them if I will not buy new modem, my connection will be disconnected.

I need your help on this so they cannot cheat other customers on the same ground.
