Received faulty Television and snapdeal not providing replacement

I have placed the order on Snapdeal for the LG 32 inches full HD LED smart TV on 06-10-2014 and I received the TV on 12-10-2014. As and when I opened the TV, I found a defect in the TV LCD panel. Immediately I have packed it again and contacted the snapdeal customer care and told them that the TV I received is defective. So, they asked me to send the images of the defect. I have sent them the photographs of the defects immediately. They kept silent for 4 days and later they asked me whether I want a money refund or a replacement. I asked them to replace the defective product. Then they agreed for the replacement. Again after a lapse of 2 days, they said that I have to get the TV checked by the LG service engineer and get a job sheet stating that the TV is defective before they initiate a pickup of the defective item and send me a new TV. So I called up the LG service center and got the TV checked by the engineer. The engineer confirmed that the TV has got a manufacturing defect and gave me the job sheet. I have mailed that copy of job sheet to snapdeal customer care on 22-10-2014. They then told me that they would inform the details of the pickup of the defective item in 48hrs. 6 days passed away and still they did not reach me out. And on 27-10-2014, I got a call from LG service center asking me to bring the TV to the service center to repair it. On the immediate next day, I received a mail from snapdeal that they have registered a complaint with LG from the seller’s end. This is how they cheated me by telling that they would provide me with a replacement. But now they are trying to get it repaired without giving me a replacement as promised earlier. Replacing the defective item is the policy of that website. But now, they are trying to avoid the replacement and asking me to get it repaired by myself. I don’t want a repaired TV. At any cost, I want a replacement of brand new LG 32LB5820 32 inch full HD LED Smart TV. I have called up the snapdeal customer care and told the same to them and they told that they will contact me within 24hrs regarding the issue. But nobody contacted me till now. They have already taken the money of Rs.32790 and kept them for these many days free of interest. But till now I did not get a proper resolution. I am planning to file a complaint in consumer court regarding this. Please help me with my issue and see that I get a replacement immediately.
