confusing sms to custmers

Sir i have received a sms from idea company as: recharge for Rs 175. Get 1gb 2g data free for 28 days.
In this message they have not mentioned the data pack word. On talking to custmer care they told that they have also not mentioned the talk time. Due to this when i have recharged for rs.175 i havnt got talk time. This sms of idea has confused me that if i recharge my account for rs.175 i will get a talk time for 175 rupee and a free data pack of 1 gb for 28 days. Kindly look into the matter and copensate me for the same.
