we like to inform that there is a company called Panchatatva Ayurvedic pvt.ltd registered under (MAHESH PYARELAL RAI AND DEEPAK RAI ) OFFICE ADDRESS- DIVYAYASH INVESTMENTS,shop no 21,bldg no- r-3,nesco colony,w.e highway,opp Bimbisar nagar,goregaon east,mumbai-65
selling product names called {Panchatatva Ayurvedic face pack,Magic feel,Divyatej face pack.etc} and they all includes CHEMICALLY MADE cream AND STEROIDS IN IT but sold BY SAYING AYURVEDIC in different brand names and different ingredient written on the boxes.

Team :This is a fraud company selling chemicals to consumer by saying Ayurvedic product and getting more money and fooling customers.
please investigate regarding this.we have informed crime branch as well.

Example= products called Panchatatva Ayurvedic face pack says it includes ingredients:sweet almond,wheat oil,sandalwood,lemon grass,honey,mango oil,shilajit & river pebbles BUT HONESTLY NONE OF THIS INGREDIENTS ARE THERE IN IT but this are made by harsh chemicals.
For a proof, FDA approved lab test has been done and consumer forum team can do it as well.we need to sue and stop this fraud business with your support.

This includes harsh chemicals like MERCURY,TETRONINE,BLEACH,ETC may be more.
consumer forum should take step to stop this.The major side effect is that it gives you quick results in 2 or 3 days might be very harmful,some part of your skin becomes fairer looks like black and white skin in small area of your skin.

The moment you stop using it ,it comes back to the same original face . Majorly, Its a black marketing because no MRP mentioned on the box,local box made,stickers locally made,etc made and selling at whatever price 1500,1300.etc fooling customers by saying Ayurvedic.

The place where it is sold is called divyayash investment but the fraud cosmetic products are sold
Secondly,when u ask for bill he never gives bills..says we only sell in cash.

WANTED TO COMPLAINT and inform CONSUMER FORUM.

WE HAVE PHOTO WHEN WE MET HIM WHILE PURCHASING,CALL RECORDING,CAR NO,LAB TEST COPY SAYING NONE OF THE INGREDIENTS PRESENT IN THE CREAM,ADDRESS.

NEED HELP OR STOP THIS FRAUD BUSINESS OF BLACK MARKETING.

The address where he sells says financial office investments but selling cosmetics products.

Registered address says NAGPUR:om shivalay,h.no.2230/216,p.no 74,ramal nagar,nari road,nagpur,440013.

When u question if its Ayurvedic, starts giving reasons;
showing paper works like :
1:service tax copy
2:profession tax copy
3:V.A.T and T.I.N NO

5:PRIVATE LIMITED COPY OF INCORPORATION,etc.

wherein any citizen can do all this documents and this documents are not the proof as safe cosmetic proof. This papers are to save from government taxes.

Major documents required are:
1.BMS REPORT
2.HEALTH LICENCE
3.FDA APPROVED LICENCE
4.L.I.C batch no not available.etc and many more documents.
