I activated 8 rupees night internet pack by going *129# then selected 2 option, i got three options first one was 7 rupees calling ,2 was 8 rupees internet pack and 3 one was 15 rupees pack, i wanted 8 rupees pack so i selected 2 option but i got message of activating 12 rupees std night pack..i don’t know why? And when i called customer care he said that when you dial *129# and then 2 option..you will get 1st-7 rupees pack,2nd- 12 rupees std pack and 3rd -15 rupees pack but for me it was 8 rupees pack on 2nd option.even my internet stuck all the time and never run for some minutes..i complained a lot but they never did anything. I am tired with their inconsistency of internet and doing wrong things. My number is +919650948810. Please rectify this problem.
