Few days before i had tried book my ticket from HWH To YPR through irctc but due to network problem my money ie. 5690 rupees was debited from my account but till i haven’t received my money back.I also got some trasaction id ie.0518124858.When ever i tried to know more they are not providing me details even they are always saying me t o wait for tommorow u get ur money back but i hadn’t received my money back.
So I therefore request you take legal action regarding this matter.
