sUBJECT- cOMPLAINT AGAINST SERVICE CENTER SITUATED AT A-2, NEHRU GROUND, N.I.T. FARIDABAD, HARYANA, INDIA-121001.-REGARDING
Sir
I am writing this letter after getting cheated by the aforesaid service center. I am MANISH SHARMA have give my Nokia Mobile N-70 model to get repair at A-2, NEHRU GROUND, N.I.T. FARIDABAD, HARYANA, INDIA-121001. address on dated 17/Apr/2012 which was not showing display. The service center has given me the Bill Bearing No. 1643 dated on 17/Apr/2012 for an amount of Rs 1300/- and mentioned the screen of the mobile was replaced
With in two months the same problem occured when by the mobile was not showing display. I visited the same service center and upon enquiry it was told to me that the an expense of Rs 55 on the Job Sheet Number. – 106433527/120417/16 dated on 17/Apr/2012 is showing in my name and a copy of te same was taken by me which is enclosed here withfor ready reference
There was no record showing change of screen of my mobile
I view of above it is absolutely dear that I was cheated by the service center by giving me fake bill copy enclosed and the same practicse will spoil the NOKIA image also.
you are humbly requested to kindly look in to the matter seriously and compensate my lose failing of whcih i may go to consumer court
