Purchased Metaslim, I was ensured to get my money back with in 15days, in case i don’t find satisfactory results. but now its near aroudn 6months, still didn’t get anything except false esurance.

MMy self Mandvi Garg, from Hisar, Hariana, India. A few days back, I bought a product named as “Meta Slim. I booked the product on 8th ocb, 2012 On the following number: (09200042999)

I got the delivery on 9th oct 2012.

As per there offer, I payed the amount and got the product delivered at my home. As there was an offer, “ if you don’t like the product, or it does
not surve your need, get the full amount back with in 15 days.”.

As product didn’t surved my purpus, and I didn’t find it very useful for me, I returned the product as per the term with in 15 days Threw currier.
The docket number for the reference is: (EH4236933815IN).

They received the product back on 22nd Oct, 2012 .

6 months have been passed, but I haven’t got my cash back. Every time I call them, I got false assurance that they’ll send my check with in 7 days.
I’ve called them several times but all in vain.

Please help me to get my payment back or direct me that what to do next To resolve the issue.
