Unfair deduction from main account and UNTRAINED CUTROMER CARE EXECUTIVE.

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: pune&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Airtel</p>My mobile number is 9096243556, i recharged my number of Rs. 60 and got the said amount as balance on 2nd march, then on 3rd march morning what i noticed was my main balance got reduced to Rs. 2 when i figured out i came to know that Rs. 47 was debited from my account for some automatic activation of a sms pack which i did not activate from my side. When i contacted the customer care executive told her the problem and said i want my balance back and de-activate the plan right away there she kept me on hold and after some time the call was ended by the executive without solving my problem, then i call again told her the problem but without listening to my problem fully she cut the call in the middle then when i tried to call again my airtel number was blocked for no reason. So I called from my alternative number to 9890098900 another executive turned up i told her the problem to which she told i have to use the plan as they cant refund my balance now i want Airtel bharti telicom to take notice of this and please train your executive properly and with best solution and look into my case and refund my money back to my main balance. (and this case of unfair dedution for this sms pack is not the 1st time if you could check the records the same problem occured twice which i ignored but this time its too much so i thought of writing my complaint)

    I want a solution to this and the solution is that i want my money back and nothing more and next time if u unnessaryly deduct my balance for scheme that i did not activate.
