Name of company/service: Airtel DTH
I am S. Kalimuthu and purchased a DTH connection from Airtel DTH on 20.06.12 thru my credit card 4629864087605004 and next i recd a sms from the company confirming my Customer Id: 3010531543 & order no: 2094288.
next day, i too got a call from some of their representatives and informed me that they will install on 22.06.12, failing which and not attentive on the number, I called up the Customer care on 23.06.12 @ 10.30 am in 08044448080 and some lady picked up and said that at any circumstances they will install that day.
Waited for the whole day and nobody turned up. then again called the same no, this time some gentleman picked the call and said that they cant access the installation process in this number and asked me to submit a grievance form in their website.
I tried the same for 2 days, 1.e. on 25.06.12 & 26.06.12, I was continuously receiving an error of time out and retry. I tried, atleast for 15-20 times and will never be able to submit the form. Immediately again called up the same no 08044448080 and informed, then one gentle man said that after making me wait for 20 Minutes in the call that he has forwarded the complaint to the concerned department, Then i had insisted for a reference no for further follow up, He gave me a reference number 292665253 and said that the installation would get completed by 27.06.12, but till now the installation is not donw even after one week of purchase and in last 2 days, i called 5 times to their customer care and somebody will pick and after receiving my complaint, they will ask me to wait, after witing for 10 Minutes the calls get automatically disconnects….
Now, I am no more interested in dealing with the company. Thru this forum i would request for refund of my money, My mobile phone charges, Mental stress to the tune of Rs. 15000 without any delay.
