Complaints for Passport Application

Name of company/service: Passport office ,Lucknow

RESPECTED SIR,

I am Gaurava Srivastava.
I have applied for passport in 05-03-2012. My File Reference Number : LKO-Z061216/2012.
Police verification and LIO verification have been done in second week of April 2012. However, till now i didn’t get my passport. Since when I try to check my passport status it shows “File Reference Number (LKO-Z061216-12) is either wrong or Information NOT available”

I want to know what is going on with my application. How long it will take.I need it as soon as possible other wise this will affect my career .
So, I request you to please look into the matter.
