denial of service by cross road

Location/place: New delhi

Name of company/service: action india pvt.ltd. ( cross road )

Dear sir/madam,

i am a customer of cross road with card no.80133236/934

on 11th june at 9.45 i called up for fuel for rs. 200 from cross road and executive told me that i am coming in 30 minutes but he didn’t come in 1 hour.

and now today when i am asking for service they are saying your card has blocked and you have to pay 200.

this is not fair
and i have recording for the same in my phone, you are requested to take action against them……

    Dear Mr. Chopra,

    As per our records, we had received your complaint on 11th of June for the requirement of the petrol. When the Field person reached with the petrol, he found that the petrol requirement was not for the vehicle registered with us. It was a non registered vehicle for which the petrol was needed. And as per the terms and conditions, the services can be offered only on the vehicle registered and hence the field person had requested the service charges of Rs. 200.
