Purchase point is one of the greatest shops in Kammanahalli (I mean it very sarcastically).
I’ll tell you my experiences. I have purchased a number of times in this shop. The customer treatment is as bad as it can get.
I have myself seen few customers leaving in a huff after waiting a long time.
Mind you, it can as well be a retailer wholesale shop. I can understand the priorities of the people who work there. You dress well and they serve you first.
I have thought of complaining to the owner. But, speak of it!! He proves himself to be as great as the staff in his shop.
He actually told one of the customer to purchase a whole sheet of medicine. And told him rudely to leave the place in a regional language.How idiotic can he get!
I have myself been on the receiving end of this behaviour!!
I recommend to the staff to take customer care classes and behave themselves.
I sincerely hope the owner gets a counselling just so he doesn’t ruin himself.
If someone reads this just see that I have spoken for myself not to degrade the shop but to share my terrible experiences out there.
