Dear sir,
My father is a senior citizen and he has a saving account with SBI, Bhagalpur (Bihar), and his account No is ‘11098236362’. On 31 May 14 at 06:31 PM, my father got a call from 07781947692, the caller told my father that he is a customer care representative of SBI and he wanted to credit 10,000 Rs to his account which was deducted from his account on 13 Apr 14 due to mis-transaction at ATM. And then the caller asked my father for his ATM Card number. The caller assured my father that his account would be credited within 1 hour and he may check his credit at any ATM after 1 hour.
On 31 May 14 only, at 19:26 PM, when my father checked his account through a mini statement at nearest ATM, he found that Rs 9,009/- was deducted from his account in 8 parts showing “POS PRCH”. He called me and let me know all the matters. I suggested my father to call SBI Customer Care and then he called 1800112211 and reported it to Mr Sumit, Customer care representative. Mr Sumit suggested my father to block his card and my father agreed and Mr Sumit blocked my father’s ATM Card. Mr Sumit.
In view of above incident, you are requested to take an early action and please credit my father’s account with that deducted money.
